After a slight slip up with my order and an email to the company, correcting the problem was instant I received my order within a few days.Customer service excellent , product excellent and at a good price I will continue to use this company.
Wooof is a great company to do business with and I have nothing but praise for their service.I purchased 3 Zeedog harnesses recently from them.I Love Zeedog products, so well made and last for a long time. I would recommend and will purchase these products again. One criticism of the ‘softer walks’ harness is the size options however. The small size was just a bit too small on the largest option so I purchased a medium. This was a bit too big on the smallest setting. I really need a size in between the two for my dog. Apart from this I’m very happy with my purchase.
My airedale received a large pupsicle as a gift which she very much enjoys. Unfortunately her extremely enthusiastic play damaged it. We reached out to wooof who responded with advice and subsequently a replacement. We were very impressed with their response and superb customer service. Thank you Seth for your help.
