Supplied with all the Chronograph functions needing calibration. No instructions supplied with the watch so had to contact customer service (who took too long to respond as they were on a bank holiday! - Really?). Why on earth would you supply a watch which straight away needs calibrating - ridiculous. This is my 2nd Bomberg watch in as many months and I was looking to be a loyal, regular customer, but not after this. Will find a brand that shows some care and understands that customers do not want to reset a brand new watch.
