I received my Bomberg Edge and it is an outstanding timepiece. Roberto provided great support with my Customs Issue that occurred. It would be helpful if Bomberg had an AD or Distribution center in the US, this would prevent Customs issues. For all watch enthusiasts out there I highly recommend adding an Edge to your collection.
Still waiting on my watch to arrive after it clears customs. Why should I wait for a watch to clear customs??? I paid more to receive it faster and I'm still waiting. I want a refund.
Great follow up and monitoring of reviews. I initially posted a mediocre rating because of an initial lack of response. Great companies though always make an additional effort to correct a problem and that is what Bomberg did. They followed up again and had a great communication. I will Definitely purchase from them again!
Only received one of two items purchased. No immediate response from customer support or sales. But upon making eventual contact, their team worked diligently to resolve my order to satisfaction. As for the product itself, excellent quality watch and jewelry at great value.
