I am extremely frustrated with this service. I have never paid for a subscription that wouldn't allow me to access the tools! It keeps prompting me to upgrade for unlimited access despite my payment. There’s no live support, and I can't get help via phone or chat. I've been trying to access this for over two hours, and I have a paper due tomorrow.
I have been paying for writeless for about 2 months now. I could not use my writeless account for an entire month. They finally helped me, and my account was usable for three days. However, they tried to charge me again afterward. So, essentially, I have been paying for a service I've been unable to use. Love that! Thanks for everything!
Well, as its name suggests, it does write a lot for you, so that you write less. However, it could be improved if it were more interactive. You can't make any changes to the draft in terms of format, use of pointers, or different headings. It's just one big document it generates.If you know what you want and can filter it from all that Writeless generates, then this is for you.
