Review Time
This website is a joke alongside with the customer support team. They took my money and did nothing with them, and when I asked for them back, they forced me to give a good review in order to receive it back. None of this happened. Also.. the e-mail they sent you, it’s an automatic one, the same everytime you ask them something.
Thought I was buying a g7x camera turns out it was for credits for things that were wrongly advertised however the escalation team has stated they address the issue and issue me my money back. the issue was addressed by Eugene. Thank you escalation team very helpful
