Avoid this toy at all costs!

I strongly advise against purchasing this toy. I got it for my granddaughter after she saw the video of the character and fell in love with it. Being far away for Christmas, I was eager for her to receive it. However, this toy is truly alarming; the fur covering was poorly attached in places. The material underneath cut my granddaughter's finger, and after her mom addressed that, the small plastic piece that makes it squeak popped off. Another child picked it up, mistook it for a whistle, and put it in her mouth, which caused a serious scare. This situation should be shared. This company should be held accountable and face serious consequences.

Clearly a scam! The puppies are not as advertised.

This is clearly a scam! The puppies are not what you will receive, and they don't even resemble the pictures. I got one for my niece, who has special needs, and it was a huge disappointment for her! Some people received nothing at all, just an empty box. It's heartbreaking to think that there are individuals who would deceive children. Now I have to explain to her that some people choose to take advantage of others rather than work hard like the rest of us. It’s sad that they only seem to care about money, while still wanting someone to care about them in return. No amount of money can change the fact that these behaviors are difficult to explain to a child with special needs. I hope they can understand, because it may not matter now, but one day it will to someone important.

Terrible products and misleading communication.

Awful products and deceitful communication from the support team. Don't fall for their tricks; they take your money and are dishonest. There’s no cancellation option, so you’re stuck until you return the item, and it could take up to two months to get a refund, if you get one at all. I'm extremely frustrated with this service.

Complete disappointment, not as advertised

This is a total letdown; the product does not perform as claimed and is not AI operated. It's very small and requires 2 AA batteries. There's no return address, and I ended up with nine of them. I've wasted my money, and as a grandmother, I purchased these as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, leaving me with nothing to give. These items are worthless. I'm frustrated about losing my money and hope those responsible are held accountable.

Well played, producers. Well played.

Well played, producers. This disappointing toy arrived today, and it's smaller than my hand. However, my partner wanted it for Christmas, so it's been wrapped up for him.

Overall, very disappointing!

In a word, disappointing! It took a month to arrive in a wrinkled and partially crushed box. It's smaller than it appeared in the advertisement. The claims made about it are clearly exaggerated! It’s hard, not soft or furry, and made from coarse material. It doesn’t perform any of the promised functions. It doesn’t move at all and is already falling apart. My young child cuddled with it in her crib, and I found some loose parts. The collar disintegrated, and one eye came off—she could have swallowed those small pieces! I received no response regarding a refund. Definitely not worth the money. SHAME ON YOU!

Extremely Disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed. These toy dogs are the worst. They consist of a plastic cover with fake fur, lacking any realistic features. The advertisement is misleading, claiming they are lifelike. I advise everyone considering this platform to steer clear. Keep searching, as they are not worth the price at all. I had hoped for better quality by ordering directly from the site instead of a marketplace, but it turned out to be a poor choice with no authenticity.

Avoid this product! Misleading and disappointing.

Avoid this product! It's not as described and feels like a cheap toy, lacking any real functionality. I regret not researching more before purchasing. The return process is complicated and costly. It's frustrating how some sellers operate this way. Don't fall into the same trap I did. I'm incredibly disappointed with both the product and my decision.

Checked the website and contacted…

Product never delivered.

I never received the product. I ordered three items and waited a month without any delivery. I lost over $107.00 trying to get gifts for my grandsons for Christmas. The company misled me with a fake tracking number through a global tracking service.
