I ordered skin care products from this store on the SHOP APP on 02/02/26. They claim 8-14 working days delivery.
10 working days later, no update. I contacted the store the but was informed the following day that my order would be escalated for shipment "shortly" or reshipped.
23/02/26 I received an inactive link with a fake tracking number claiming my order is on the way.
27/02/26 I contacted the seller to lodge a complaint about this but they have failed again to respond till date.
How frauds like this can thrive on a seemingly "renowned" App like SHOP is beyond baffling and most disappointing. A shame on them all.
Bought the lumi pore and spot care cream. It arrived within 4 days. From what I can see from TIKTOK it looks like the original products and not fakes that are going around. The pink spicule filled liquid does feel like wee needles as it rubbed in. My skin does feel soft but haven’t noticed any real change in lines and wrinkles. Have only used it a few times so far though.
I would give negative stars if possible; I ordered on 1/10/26 pm the Shop app and still have not received my items 30+ days later. The tracking information is marked as invalid on USPS. Terrible, terrible!
I have ordered all my products directly from the Dr. Melaxin website and have not had any issues thus far. I like all the products I have used so far. I have noticed improvements overall and will continue using these products.
Horrible experience. I bought from this website and the same day I tried to issue a refund, but they tried to persuade me out of it (which is highly unprofessional) and they have yet to give me a refund. The package has yet to arrive either after 4 months. Do NOT waste your money on this website.
This company is terrible; they take your money without delivering your product. Attempts to track my order were futile, as I received no information. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; my frustration with them is lasting. It's a dishonest company.
I never received the item. When I reached out to the customer service regarding the lost item, they expected me to handle the investigation myself. The support team was incredibly rude. I will not purchase from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
