Wunschgutschein is a fantastic way to surprise someone, because the redemption options are incredibly versatile — both online and in many local stores and department shops. You really can’t go wrong with it. The voucher is available digitally via email in the online shop, or as a small printed gift card with a matching envelope sent by post. You can even buy it directly at the checkout in many stores. Simply great.
I'm surprised people still buy this gift card. It is such a complicated process to redeem it. To me it looks like it is legally scamming company. By now I received few wunschgutschein, two of them i was not able to redeem because who knows why. Now my son got it for his birthday and I'm not able to redeem it as well poor boy is very disappointed. The situationg is very tricky, I'm not going to go and tell the family who gifted that it doesn't work and there is nothing I can do. And there is no customer support because once you put the code in, anything your are trying to do after that they keep saying it has been redeemed. I'm hopping people will stop buying this nonsense go back to money not some kinda numbers and codes that can vanish and there is no one responsible for it.
I bought 500€ worth of voucher on the 29th of december as pdf via Payback (10 times coupon). The money was withdrawn immediately.Today, January 20, I have received neither vouchers nor Payback points.After several days of sending emails to “Support,” I only receive standard emails saying that they are overwhelmed. No wonder, when even more people are waiting for their vouchers.Update:After writing here and writing a mail to a different mail address, I finally received my money back. +1 Star for that.This was still the last time I ordered a voucher directly from here.I demand my money back!!Never again.
The partner Telekom had a great offer: attractive phone cases for my smartphone. I redeemed the voucher and received the code for Telekom—great. Then came the disappointment: the code didn't work. All I got from customer service were AI-generated responses. They couldn't do anything, blah blah blah. Not decent service, and above all, not helpful. Telekom's customer service, on the other hand, was able to help once it became clear what the problem was: the voucher is only valid for Telekom prepaid credit. Congratulations. Now I have a voucher for a mobile phone provider that I don't even use... Really misleading. Never again!
Worst place to buy a gift voucher. After purchasing, you are left alone to figure out how to redeem it yourself. If any error occurs, you are expected to fix the problem on your own. There is no clear customer support phone number and no real help available. On top of that, the waiting time is extremely long and communication is very poor. One of the worst websites I have ever used.
