Beware of their deceptive marketing. It's a scam. I ordered what appeared to be a lovely sweater, but when it arrived, it was far from that. It was made of a cheap, plastic-like material with a printed design instead of being properly woven like a genuine sweater. The item did not resemble the photo they advertised, and the sleeves were unreasonably short. The quality was terrible, and they refused to issue a refund. I attempted to cancel the order immediately, but they denied my request. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and am now waiting to see if I can recover my funds.
Complete scam. They use bait and switch tactics. The sweater I received is nothing like what I ordered. The quality is terrible, and the sleeves are way too short for me. They claim no returns on sale items, but everything is labeled as sale. Avoid ordering from them.
Delivery took an eternity, and the dress was of terrible quality upon arrival. The website advertised 'worry-free returns' but failed to mention a £25 deduction fee for returns on sale items, hidden in the fine print! I had to send it back internationally and still haven't received a refund. Awful service.
