If you can't fund with ease and manage your client expectations, you need to fire yourself or get into another business. This company is more transparent than any other. Steve Ensworth, Andrew Matta, and Jose can triple task and still give brokers personal attention. Their box is so easy to find. Interest rates and programs are very attractive. The President of ARF Financial has even reviewed my files personally for exceptions when warranted. Treat them right and don't submit "garbage wood." They fund with common sense. No smoke and mirrors with this firm. Don't take all their time because it needs to be saved for Us Trust files. (light sarcasm.) Make your clients take another job, but don't let them default.
Kendall makes referring clients effortless. She has an excellent understanding of her programs and consistently maintains a high level of professionalism with both me and my clients. Most importantly, she takes her role seriously and keeps deals moving forward efficiently and professionally
