Do not use

Do not use. Giant scam… and if you use it they automatically enroll you in a membership that you don’t know about and charge your account. Beware. Also it was also not helpful. AI did a better job. They should be shut down for their scam!

Read the fine print

Very bad business tactis to have a livechat that says "OK, got it. Here's a secure form to fill in your details and pay a one-time join fee of CA$2 (fully refundable). While you're filling this out, I'll tell the Veterinarian about your situation and then connect you two."Then in fine print below the payment info it says "By clicking “Confirm now” I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, to be charged the one-time join fee, and a CA$44 monthly membership fee today and each month until I cancel. I can cancel via My Account to avoid future charges.". Bad business and such a deceptive charge. They charged me $44 + the $2 fee they mentioned.

They say it's 2$ to chat online then they charge you 45$. It's a scam. They are preying on emotional people.

When asking a question about my pet I…

When asking a question about my pet I was told i would pay only a one time fee of $5. Checked my bank later and was also signed up and charged $35 for a monthly membership. I didn't agree to this or if I did, it was unbeknownst to me bc it was not written out anywhere. When i realized the mistake and canceled the membership, i requested a refund and they refused. So I'll be going to my bank which is just annoying because they have shady business practices and want to trick people. The answer to my question was the same that i googled so worthless. Save your time and money (it's not the $$ its the principle and they have none)

I had a question about my cat found…

I had a question about my cat found their website said I would pay five dollars to chat with the vet. Vet answered all of my questions. I was charged a membership fee two months in a row. I canceled it today contacted the company and asked for my refund and they said the minute I asked my question was when I had agreed to the membership. There was no refund policy. This is deception. The website I went to said nothing about membership.
