Disappointing experience with a new purchase

I bought a brand-new 65cc model from the seller, and unfortunately, it has never functioned properly since the first day. Living 2.5 hours away, I made three separate trips back to the shop for them to inspect the bike, each time requiring me to take time off work. Despite the clear running issues that were evident, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong. The bike is not suitable for its intended use, and the mechanical support provided was very inadequate. The technicians seemed unable to grasp the problem, and no alternatives or solutions, like a replacement bike, were suggested. Customer service was also lacking. The receptionist was unhelpful and even rude, which was acknowledged by other staff. Given the value of this purchase, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. The bike is now disassembled with another mechanic attempting to resolve what the seller could not fix. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller for anyone looking to invest a significant amount of money.

Lack of Support for Customers

You might be fine purchasing a bike from this seller, but if anything goes wrong, you probably won't receive a satisfactory response! When I called for some friendly advice, I was basically told they don't provide free advice. This reflects poorly on their customer service. I also inquired about parts previously and never received a callback, twice! I ended up purchasing from another source.

Their website claims they won't be beaten on price. However, when I emailed them with a list of cheaper parts to see if they would match the prices, they ignored my email. Their loss, as I will not be using them at all now.

Frustrating Experience with New Purchase

I recently bought a motorcycle and found that the front brake switch was malfunctioning. After contacting the seller regarding this issue, I was promised a call back which never happened. I followed up with an email and received a response asking for mileage, but since then, I've heard nothing. I ended up sourcing the part myself. You would expect a high-value bike to be thoroughly checked before delivery, but that was not the case. Based on this experience, I doubt I will purchase from this seller again.
