My agent from Cook Travel, Beata, was exceptional and helped arrange an economical and comfortable business-class flight from SF to Florence and back from Paris. She also arranged for wheelchair assistance between flights going to Florence, which will be of great help since my husband has some medical needs. The process of finding the best flight and purchasing the ticket was much easier with Cook Travel, and I feel more at ease about traveling.
