Bought my first car in the UK with FOW.
It was great, I was able to check the car without any sale or other people around me, so could take my own phase and check the whole car from A to Z.

I got very kind and experience salesman - Will!
He provided the best experience of purchase, could answer all my questions, was super transparent about car, car documents and other queries. Was not pushy with extras or rushed with the deal, it was a pressure to speak with him!

On purchase day, arrange everything so that could pick up my car without issues, even was able to pick me up from transaction so that I could do last test drive - brilliant!

On top of that, sorted out the issue with cameras on the car in a very professional and proactive way!

Overall 11 out of 10!

Fantastic Experience with the Purchase

I recently purchased a vehicle from the company, and the representative was exceptional—very friendly and a pleasure to work with during the entire process. The car is wonderful, priced fairly, and I received a great offer for my trade-in. The representative kept me informed throughout, and I felt no pressure during the sale, which I truly valued! I've only had the car for a day, but it drives wonderfully and was well-prepared for me to take home.

Incredible experience with a fantastic representative.

I had an incredible experience with the service; my representative was outstanding. As someone who had never dealt with finance before and felt quite anxious, the representative took the time to explain all my options clearly and made me feel comfortable. I'm very pleased with my experience and especially grateful for the respectful treatment I received. I highly recommend this service.

Frustrating experience with my recent vehicle purchase.

I bought a car on 21st December 2025. After addressing two minor issues, the vehicle returned to the service on 30th December with two major problems. It's been 10 days since they took it back, and I have no updates on when I can expect it back. They also claim they have no replacement vehicle to offer during this time! Communication has been extremely lacking, with several emails going unanswered. It feels like getting my car fixed is not a priority for them.

Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication

Where do I even begin? I encountered three different representatives regarding my vehicle, and the financing process was a complete nightmare. It felt like I was doing all the work for the company. The teams weren't communicating effectively, leaving me as the intermediary, making calls and passing messages back and forth. It took over two and a half hours just to get the correct paperwork sorted. The reliance on emails and E-signatures didn't help either. I felt like I was doing everything myself, with minimal assistance from the staff. Their contribution was merely clicking a few buttons on the computer and handing me the keys. It seemed like they were only interested in getting their money and moving on. Overall, it was a disappointing customer service experience. I was just moments away from walking out, but I needed the car. I would advise others to steer clear.

Disappointing Experience with the Purchase

I purchased a vehicle in May and initially noted that while the car seemed acceptable, the customer service was extremely disappointing. An update: since then, I've driven it less than 2000 miles. I recently took it for what I thought would be a routine inspection, but it turned out to be anything but! The inspection revealed that both the front and back brake pads and discs needed replacement, costing around £1000. Caution is advised; I recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle where honesty prevails, or if you choose to buy from this seller, ensure you have the vehicle thoroughly checked by a trustworthy and independent party. I will definitely not be returning to this seller.
