Worst experience ever. Ordered a pair of glasses for my husband on sept 16, order number CY38739, but haven’t received my order yet. When asked for refund, they said going to deliver soon, but haven’t received them yet. I already bought a new pair from local market as no one will wait so long. Till, I have not received any refund or any other compensation from your side. This is extremely unfair and an example of pathetic customer care.
It seems the glasses really do block blue light and glare, and my eyes get much less tired after working at the computer all day. Super!I ordered the glasses, but the Joanie 8148 model turned out to be somewhat defective — the temples are spread too far apart, as if the glasses were made for a big head.Random discount system. It looks like the glasses are from China and the price is heavily inflated, which is why they keep offering different discounts with various promo codes that appear randomly — clearly meant to trick customers. Discounts are nice, of course, but it would be better to just sell them at a fair price right away instead of coming up with all these bonuses and a complicated bonus system
