Recently just had work done and when I close my mouth can see a gap which should not be there, my lips feel lumpy, paid for smokers lip did not get that. And paid for frown lines to be done had to go back as my frown lines were still there and after 2 attempts it’s still there..I used to go to Graham all the time before Covid and back then he got it spot on every time looked amazing.. But now I just don’t feel good, it felt rushed and to be honest looking at my face my lips look a mess because they are uneven. Absolutely gutted I did once love this place. I won’t be back. Will wait till time is right and get someone else to fix this work.
DO NOT go there to have any jobs done, they use dodgy products for anti wrinkle treatment that totally doesn't work, Graham is more like a butcher, the filler job he has done on me left multi bumps on my face, if you go back he will tell you that you need inject more to even out the bumps, I think he does it on purpose so you have to go back to have more jobs done, that place does nothing apart from sucking money out of you, the place is evil so is Graham!
Totally disorganized Glasgow practice (Royston Dental Practice) Received a text advising that my appointment the following week had been cancelled as the appointment shouldn’t have been made available due to annual leave. I called to reschedule and was given another practitioner, upon arrival I was told she couldn’t perform the type of filler I was looking for. 2 hour round trip, total waste of time!!! I won’t be back!
Been going to this practise for 6 years now and always have a great experience and service. Graham is brilliant at what he does and my Botox and filler last really well between appointments. Always receive honest and helpful advice if I’m not sure about a treatment and look forward to my next appointment! Thank you :)
I had botox in my jaw which I have had done by a dentist before. I went and was still grinding so I back for a top up which Graeme from freshfaced told me wasn’t necessary, but done it anyway. I have woke up clenching my jaw every day since. For all I know he injected water in to my face because it has not worked in the slightest. When I had it done by the other dentist I never clenched my jaw for a year afterwards. I don’t know what they’re using but it’s ineffective. To be fair I never went back but I don’t rate their customer service and quite honestly couldn’t be bother with the hassle.
I live in dundee and i travel to edinburgh just for graeme to do my botox and fillers as do my friends!! i actually LOVE my results i couldnt be happier and have switched clinics as he gives me exactly what i want !! Thankyou graeme ur a star .. regards nicky frm dundee :) :)
