Absolute scam company. I bought a part for a CPAP tube that I didn’t end up needing. I tried to cancel the order before they shipped it but they wouldn’t do that. I had to wait until it arrived and then return it. Somehow, ordering one part means they’re going to charge you monthly and send you the same part every month. I called to try and cancel the second order and return the first and was told to wait until the second order arrived and return both then. The person I spoke to assured me that I had 60 days and it wouldn’t be an issue. The second order said that it arrived but was not in my mailbox or on my door. When I emailed about this I was told I would have to contact the local post office. Fortunately, it arrived a few days later, I’m assuming that was a postal error. However, when I called to return both products they initially said I could only receive store credit. Then they agreed to return the second one but will not return the first because it is only eligible for 30 day returns. I’m waiting to hear back from a supervisor, in hopes that they will accept both both returns and refund my money. I’m not expecting them to cover my shipping costs, only return the products. The fact that they are being so petty about two $16 parts shows you what type of company you are dealing with. There are plenty of other great companies, don’t waste your money on unethical businesses like Sleeplay.

Defective product with poor customer service

I purchased an expensive mini water replenisher for a CPAP, but it arrived with defective sensors that fell off, causing a flood and damaging my nightstand. I attempted to return it after using it for less than a week, but my request was automatically rejected. When I contacted customer service, they directed me to the manufacturer, which is unacceptable since this is not a warranty issue. To make matters worse, I was charged for supposed free returns, yet my return was denied. I would not recommend this service, as you might end up facing frustrating policies.

Lost my original machine on a flight - was able to get a new one from here. Daniel was quick and professional with getting me everything I needed, setting up the machine and explaining how everything works. Great service overall!

Daniel was very helpful! I was in urgent need of an elbow for the CPAP mask because I had left it at home traveling on a cruise. He helped me with that and even had a replacement bag that got damaged in route. 100% recommend!
