Review Time
Two days late on arriving back in Bristol because of storms in Zante. Phoned as usual after exit from airport.Driver asked were we the people who phoned from Zante saying we would be returning late ,he already knew as he had been tracking our flight! Car ready and waiting for us at the farm.
We stayed the night before our flight in one of the rooms which was lovely and comfortable.A 4am shuttle to the airport driven by a cheerful man who helped with cases. After collecting luggage, a call to the office, answered straight away, and collected within 15 mins by a friendly, helpful driver. Arriving at the office the lady came out and got cases out of van for us, thank you all! Our car was ready for collection and we were on our way within 10 mins. Excellent service we will use again.
Throughout all walks of life I think you would struggle to come across better efficiency and customer service than this company offers!!! It is outstanding.We arrived a couple of minutes ahead of when we agreed too. The greeting was very personal and accommodating.They explained they were waiting for one more couple which were due imminently. We were directed to a very pleasant waiting area.2 minutes later we were called and we were at the airport within 5 minutes.I booked for my electric vehicle to be charged whilst we were away. The following day (day 1 of a 10 day holiday) I got a notification from my car app, that my car was 100% charged.On return, we called reception as directed and we were collected with 8 minutes. Within 15 minutes of clearing customs, we were on route home in our own car.Without doubt the best experience I’ve ever had in relation to airport parking.I will definitely be using again.
Arrived back at Bristol Airport , rang 3 times with no answer husband left a message saying were had arrived back . Driver rang back saying he was on his way still waited another 20 mins to arrive . Total time of waiting 1hour for transport to arrive. Never had a problem before normally waiting there for you .
Excellent parking location, very safe and a smooth, easy transfer in both directions. All drivers and staff are very friendly and helpful. My vehicle had a puncture caused on the way to the airport and they changed the wheel for me to save me time on my return. I will not use another parking facility when flying from Bristol. I have used this parking many times over a period of over 10 years.
DAMAGED CAR, ABUSIVE OWNER, STEER CLEAR !!We left my car here for one week, upon our return I noticed damage to my rear bumper that was freah and clean, the car could do with a wash so it was very noticable. The worker advised there is cctv and they would look into it.Fast forward two weeks and Claire called and advised they had reviewed the CCTV and could see there was no damage to my car when we left it there, however, the owner thinks it is suspicious how the damage suddenly appears. But to get quotes to fix it. Then yesterday I get a call from the owner Roger, who when I answered the call asked "Is this the person who is trying to defraud me?" I said excuse me, he repeated himself and then said my name. He then proceeded to state that "I want you to take this as far as you can, waste as much of your time and money as you like". He was yelling at me down the phone. I then asked for all communication to be in writing and requested the cctv, which I still had not recieved.He WhatsApp'd me the footage which was originally 40mins long according to Claire and Roger, the clip is 40 second and shows no damage to my car when we leave it there, then a silver car cuts across the entire screen and suddenly the damage appears.I asked for the unedited version , Roger asked "Are you going to pay me ?" I asked for what, his reply was "My time". I replied I dont need him to do anything with the footage just send it to me, so there was no work involved to get paid for. He then said I should come view it in person. I live over 2hrs away and after the vicious nature of his manner on the phone, I would not want to interact with him in person.He then proceeded with more nonsense and eventually after much back and fourth said he had notified his insurance.Rogers manner with me on the phone was disgusting, rude and nasty. If you can see there was no damage to my vehicle before it was left in your care, you are responsible for it shouls anything happen. My work colleagues who heard the phone call could not believe the manner in which he was initially talking to me and then yelling at me.I have the whatsapp messages and video to back this review up.Avoid if you value your car and expect to be treated like a human being.
