Incomplete order and poor communication.

I received one pair of riding pants from my order placed together (29.11.25), but the second pair is missing. I couldn't track it. After emailing about the missing pants, I initially got a reply saying they would investigate. However, I have not heard back in 10 days, despite multiple follow-ups and a refund request. I checked my Spam and Trash folders as well. These pants were meant to be a Christmas gift, which is now ruined. I find the customer service lacking. I wouldn't recommend this seller.

Missing part of my order.

I received one of the two pairs of riding pants I ordered (29.11.25), but the second pair has not arrived. Tracking it has been impossible. I emailed the support team about the missing item and initially received a reply that they would investigate. You bear the cost of their errors.

I ordered a pair of Moto pants and a helmet. The pants arrived quickly, but the helmet took over three weeks to ship from abroad. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong color. I wanted to return it for a refund but was told I had to cover the return shipping costs despite it being their mistake. It's frustrating that a company expects you to pay for their errors. I did receive a refund for the helmet, but not for the return shipping. Be cautious; if you receive the wrong item or size, you will have to pay to return it. UPDATE: After several emails with their support staff, I still haven't received the return shipping refund, but they offered a discount equivalent to that cost on a future order. At least that's something. Just be aware that if you order incorrectly, you'll incur return shipping costs.

Customer service needs improvement.

The company appears to be new and is still working through various challenges. Their customer service is slow to respond, often leaving inquiries unanswered. They promise delivery within 7-10 business days, yet it took a full month. Initially, I didn't receive my email signup discount, but after several exchanges, I finally got the extra 10%. Their order tracking feature was also malfunctioning, repeatedly displaying 'ORDER DATA IS INCORRECT.' Although I received my order a month later, I'm now trying to return it.

Resolved shipment issue.
