Online agent lied to me about price matching. Was on a chat with 3 different individuals for over 2 hours. I was sent a unique link with a what appeared to be an updated price matched quote, but when I ordered the item, the order confirmation page showed the price reverted back to original price and so I ending up canceling my order.
I order an amazing Marble top table. It was delivered today. It looks like it has been repacked multiple times. Blue tape, clear tape, torn off cardboard, huge hole on the cardboard in the middle of the box. The marble top is cracked in multiple places going across the entire table in some cases. Looks like it has some patches made to it. I really think that they sent me a table that was returned by another customer. I am very disappointed. Instead of trying to make a customer happy you decided to send me what looks like “a returned table”. Just spoke to representative and apparently I have to wait 24-48 hrs for an email to get instruction on how to return the table before they can send me another one. Here’s the kicker then I have to wait until they receive the table to send out a replacement. I have guest coming by Friday and it looks like I will be without a table…
When I pushed Place Your Order for the wreath, my address in Alaska popped up and a shipping charge of $51.99 appeared plus the $63.00 charge for the wreath showing a total of $118.44 with taxes. I contacted you by email within the first few minutes to change address. It took your company more than a half hour to contact me by e-mail. I moved to Arizona in August of this year. I have never ordered through your company. Not sure why you had my Alaska address?. In my text I stated that the address was wrong, I didn’t want to pay for it to be shipped to Alaska then forwarded to me for more money or what would happen, so I wanted the order cancelled. During my first e-mail conversations within the first hour I was told the order was already being processed and that it couldn’t be cancelled. At that point I stated I would call my financial institution in the morning and flag the charge. You then said you’d try to cancel the order and get back to me by the end of business today. I then emailed, I hope so.
