AMAZING customer service! I called because my tracking showed my order was cancelled - I called their number and they immediately picked up and helped me sort out my issue within 5 minutes. I’m honestly shocked by how easeful it was and I am so happy to see a company with such high integrity.
I highly recommend this company! My order shipped the day I placed my order and it arrived within a week. A couple plates were slightly split upon arrival, I sent an email to the company, they immediately emailed me back asking how many plates were damaged and sent out replacement ones! The replacement plates arrived not even a week later! The customer service and quick response from this company is great! I've never been so pleased. Not to mention the plates are beautiful and each one is unique.
