The order arrived promptly, and I tried it on right away, but it was slightly snug in the bust area. I ordered the usual size I wear. I left a brief message on their page regarding this. They reached out to me, I sent a photo, and they promptly sent a replacement t-shirt in a larger size at no extra cost. The service was outstanding throughout, and I will definitely order again without any hesitation.
I placed an order for a Christmas jumper in early December, under the impression that I was dealing with a small company based in London, expecting delivery around the 19th of December. However, it arrived today (2nd January). This seller is based in Asia and offers overpriced items of very low quality that do not match the advertised description. The goods are being sold through clear misrepresentation.
This service should be banned from advertising. Their products do not match the images presented, which is misleading. I was deceived a few months ago and received a refund from my bank because they were considered fraudulent. Please check reviews before spending your money.
I ordered three dresses and verified the measurements, but they arrived tight under the arms. Initially, the support team was responsive about exchanging for a larger size, even stating I didn’t need to return the originals, which I found strange. However, the larger size also didn't fit properly, indicating that the dress's cut was the issue. When I inquired about returning it, I was told I had already returned an item. After mentioning my consumer rights, I received a curt response that they considered the matter closed. It’s not resolved for me. I recommend avoiding this service.
I ordered two pairs of mittens for myself and my daughter, both adults. After a two-week wait, they arrived and were far too small for us. I mistakenly thought this service was based in the UK, but the items came from China. I will not be shopping here again or recommending it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I felt scammed! I was enticed by the beautiful clothes and spent £87 on three tops and a sweater, which is more than I usually spend. When the items arrived, they looked nothing like the photos—cheap material and poorly made. The tops were excessively long and the sweater's color was different. All of them were huge, even in the smallest size! I requested a refund and a prepaid return label, but their hidden policy states no paid refunds. I had to pay £28 to return them to China. They offered me a partial refund, which was a frustrating experience. Ultimately, I lost £57 and couldn't even donate the clothes; I had to throw them away. Be cautious with this service and protect your money.
The fit was acceptable, though I wish I could have tried a larger size for comparison. It didn’t feel right and didn’t resemble the photo much. This is the second dress I’ve received from this service; I was pleased with the first, but this one has left me disappointed. I’m unsure whether to return it or not.
I ordered the Long Sleeve Vintage ethnic style dress, and it arrived within the promised delivery time. The dress is beautifully made, hangs well, and the material is lovely. I used the measurement guide, which was accurate, and it fits perfectly. I’ve ordered two more and can’t wait to wear them.
