Searching online for replacement outdoor lighting I stumbled upon this website. As a reluctant online buyer, I studied everything written about these path lights. Ordering was easy and the shipment of six path lights arrived extremely well packaged. I actually installed them myself and they look beautiful - exactly as pictured.
This is an easy answer. Ruby A. sent me a very nice e-mail, telling me that she could help me. I was thrilled that she provided me with a link so I could buy the lights (that matched the ones I had just purchased from wayfair). I was upset because I had the packing slip from wayfair but they could not find my order that had just been sent on Sept 19th. I sent e-mails to every company name on the packing slip and the very next day I got the e-mail from Leonlite /Ruby A. I would recommend Leonlite/Torchstar to anyone needing quality lighting. I choose to use low voltage landscaping lights because they last and are so easy to install and look great. I received such professional and really quick service, but I received personal understanding and when Ruby used the term" it's no problem at all" I knew that I had the right place .
I have been using Leonlite products for over two years now and have installed probably 40 or more lights on two properties. All the light works great and for the small number of problems that I did experience Leonlite were very responsive and sent me replacements quickly. This is quality product at a fraction of the cost of a similar item bought from the large box stores or landscape supply stores.
Italia was kind, thorough and responsive. She addressed my warranty claim quickly and resolved the issue. I’ve purchased over a hundred of these lights and will continue to do so as the customer service matches the quality of the product. Bravo and Thank You Loyal Customer
