After a missing parcel incident and reporting to Trust Pilot, I can happily say that Stackry have recitified my situation. They found my missing parcel and they have provided me with a credit in order to ship my product to me after missing my original shipment I already paid for. They deserve a thumbs up for rectifying my situation.
I am quite frustrated with the verification process and the inadequate customer support. The service claims to assist customers in Venezuela, yet the automated verification system is not compatible with our national documents, failing to recognize the back of the ID and rejecting expired passports. I have reached out to the support team several times over the last two days for a manual verification, but have yet to receive any reply. Meanwhile, my package is already on its way to my locker. It's disheartening to feel ignored when I have urgent shipments. I need someone from the team to manually review my documents and unlock my account as soon as possible.
I had two packages sent from an online platform to a forwarding service. Although there was an attempted delivery on a Saturday, they were ultimately delivered the following Monday since the service is closed on weekends. The forwarding service processed my packages swiftly (within hours), and after I sorted out payment, they dispatched them on the same day (still Monday!). The customer support was also very responsive to my inquiries, and the customs form was accurately completed based on the information I provided. I highly recommend this service.
