If you want to be the best dad, this is step one. MANtenatal covers all of the ‘dad-gaps’ that standard antenatal classes like NCT misses out. It also covers things like mental health for dads and what to expect in moments that you may not have thought about - it’s all about physical and mental preparation and MANtenatal has you covered. Gordon is brilliant, great speaker and of course very knowledgeable. I hope the NHS picks this up and starts pushing it as much as they currently push ‘mums antenatal’ classes.

My wife and I have done a bunch of courses ranging from the official NHS ones to custom Hypnobirthing ones. While most of them have been useful in some way or another, none have been so direct, so practical, or so directly applicable to me.The second day (post birth part) was especially useful to me and already led to some interesting discussions and new decisions made. Thank you, and keep doing good work! Would definitely recommend it to every new dad 🙂
