I bought gold my entire life and never had issue . Then I bought this full gold bracelet and guess what ? After one week it turned out completely dark and rusted . I wore it once only . This brand is crap and a big scam
I cannot imagine how a brand like Marc Orian can be this much amateur. I gave them my necklace to repair and I emphasised that it is so important for me. They gave me my necklace with a part that they separated from it without telling me! And when I objected the manager of Marc Orian in Creteil Soleil did behave me soooo bad and they made me wait so many minutes and I left the store without my necklace and anything. They didn’t even call me back. And bcs the necklace was important I had to come back again and take it. It was the worst service that I have ever seen in my life. Never Ever go back there and pls never trust them
