I’m so bad at names but the lady that I talked with was so informative and helpful through every step. I was really dreading using my lunch period to talk, but I actually enjoyed it and felt even more excited about doing this program when the call ended.
I had an issue with my email account where I wasn’t receiving some important email communications from Pacific. I reached out and spoke with Cristopher Argueta. He was amazing! Super helpful, patient, informative and understanding. He made some suggestions to fix the problem and it worked! I followed up the next day with him to make sure everything was on track and again, he was fantastic! Great service. Great employee. Lots of trust in this company.
I called a couple of debt relief programs, but when I found pacific from a state endorsed website Quinn was very helpful and knowledgeable. he gave me more information about what debt programs actually do, and there was no pressure to sign up. I really appreciated his willingness to let me explore all my options before getting help. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is in need. Thank you for all your help!
