I have waited patiently and communicated through the correct channels, only to receive slow, robotic email responses that do not resolve the matter.I am requesting immediate escalation of this issue to a manager or someone from the senior team who can resolve this with urgency and professionalism. I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and leave a public review if this is not resolved within 72 hours.I expect a full refund.
