Ordered on the 17th you said the item…

Ordered on the 17th you said the item was in stock. It would be shipped out via UPS. Then you sent an email saying you were waiting on the manufacture to ship the item. So the item wasn’t in stock! That’s deceptive! Two days after you said it would be shipped it’s still not shipped. You had no problem taking my payment. DON’T over promise and under deliver!!!

web site was easy to navigate. Bur I also spoke/chatted with a person who provided me with valuable information as I was making my decision regarding which vault door to purchase. At end of my research - which was very specific, I opted to purchase from your store vs. saving about $200 to purchase elsewhere - who did not assist well.
