Reached out to check status of order and was returned an update the same day. Checked back at a later date that item had reached final warehouse with an issue. Problem was solved in the same day as contact was made. Very very good customer service.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response to my email. Unfortunately, the product I needed replaced was out of stock but I was offered a similar replacement. There was no hesitation or questions on their part. It was a seamless exchange.
