Review Time
I am not going to use Shoplet anymore. I ordered 3 boxes of Folders (12 to a box) and received 3 Folders. It was shipped from Amazon. It has taken weeks to resolve this. They made me take a picture of what I received and sent me a label to return. Now I need to wait until they receive it before they process my refund of almost $70. This is unbelievable. Very unhappy.
Never received Item. No reply when contacting them. Amazon said I can request a Refund. Obviously it's lost since on tracking it has not moved in days. No reply from seller, No way to request a Refund on Amazon. I had to go to my Bank and now they need to do the work and investigate it. This is Ridiculous! This seller should not be selling anything on Amazon after I just read all the complaints.
Received my boxes in atrocious condition! The one large box of 96 rolls of toilet paper wasn't even barely sealed. The top closure flaps didn't even meet, leaving a 5 inch gap opening for the rolls to fall out! What's more atrocious is the fact that you can ONLY Request a return/exchange via email, having to WAIT for them to reply. Everything I stated here, was written in my return request, yet these horrific non-customer service agents email me today asking the REASON FOR THE RETURN!!!!!
Shoplet accepted my order and then two days later emailed me saying it was not available and my order was cancelled. The problem is they relisted the item with a much higher price. They do not honor their prices even after accepting orders.
