at last a company that sends out nicely grown plug plants .ive dealt with several companies before and my god what a load of absolut CRAP .they send out it seems to be a competion who can send out the SMALLEST load of rubbish .so congratulations to south east hort ,i hopeyou keep up these amazing standards .i will be ordering again in the near future .
This was a first time purchase from this company after coming across some plant plugs. I ended up after a decent look at their website ordering a good number of varies plants from grasses, ferns and perennials.Within a couple of days the pakage arrived. All neatly packaged and the plants were outstanding. Even the plug plants were a decent size and others went straight out into the garden. Very impressed with this company and will certainly use them again. Excellent.
The first time we recieved a package of plants from this supplier via Amazon. The plants were in excellent condition, much better than we expected, and the packaging was great. All in all we find it easy to give top rating to this supplier.
Buyer beware, this bloke is a spiv. I bought 6 plug plants in October last year, two arrived dead, four others beyond recovery. Refused refund. This bloke is a liar, stated they would naturally die back to resprout about now. Lies, they are completely dead and he still refuses to refund money . He went all around the mulberry bush to ask for delivery photos of the day - they were evidenced on eBay and I resent, now he refuses to answer and refuses to refundit's up to you, do you want to waste money on dead plants, on a lying spiv. Or sensibly, do you want to spend your hard earned money at a good garden Centre - think about it - value for money or a lying spiv ????????????No integritry at all - dont give him your hard earned money
Sent back a item using their own pre-paid Royal Mail label that they provided to me. Apparently the return label was not tracked but they are asking me the buyer to produce tracking that I sent it back.I have sent them a copy of the post office counter receipt, proving the item was sent but that is not good enough.Do not touch these scammers with a bargepole.They have worked out how to defraud the public & have the prefect scam.
I ordered 96 plug plants in May of this year and was very pleased to find them carefully packaged and healthy upon arrival. I potted them on and then planted them out 2 or 3 weeks after. All the plants grew on beautifully and are still flowering now despite the wretched autumn weather!
