The cleaning product advertised by this company is a TOTAL scam. In fact, the advertising is both misleading and downright fraudulent. It had absolutely no effect on my oven door, despite the fact that the door was only very lightly soiled - nothing like the thick and baked on dirt/grease displayed in their ads. I went through the application and waiting process 3 times, still to no effect, so, in the end, I scrubbed the door clean using my domestic cleaner. Despite dissolving the tablet completely, there was no foam when I sprayed the product on. Bitterly disappointed, I got in touch with the company, requesting a refund and to return the unused tablets. All I got back was an AI generated response telling me to try a few times - so, obviously my email wasn’t read in any detail as I’d stated that I’d tried the process 3 times. Upon sending yet another email pointing out that I had, in fact, tried several times, I received another AI generated email with some suggestions to strengthen the product’s effect…why weren’t these suggestions included with the product upon shipping? This second email response went on to say that, if those strategies didn’t work, get back in touch and some more options could be explored. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund (in line with their refund policy), I never received either confirmation of a refund nor instructions regarding the return process. Neither the product nor the company can be trusted.. Do not deal with them. I would have given them zero stars if that had been an option
X-All is as effective as hot water. The bottle leaks by itself. Must turn the spout or it will somehow all leak out of the spray bottle it came with.This by far the worst cleaning product I ever used in my life and I'm 70 years old. Everything seen on their website is a lie. It doesn't do even one thing they boast it does. IT'S A SCAM. I tried to get a refund and X-All customer service would only return half the money I paid. That return came only after 3 emails insisting I was not interested in trying what they suggested. I take that back; I did insert a 2nd tablet in the bottle. It did NOTHING to improve the cleaning strength.They started spamming me to try and sell me their other products. I used PayPal and they even sent me an email that my order was shipping, with a tracking number. Wait, another order I had no idea why a 2nd order was coming. Thank God Paypal assisted and blocked them from accessing money from my account as they enrolled me in auto=pay. WHAT! I did get half my money back and got them locked out of my PayPal account. Whew! What a nightmare!
If I could give it negative stars, I would. The product is not worth the money charged and does not perform as advertised. My regular degreaser does an equal, or better, job.I tried it on the top and inside of my oven. I had to scrape to get the grunge up and then rinse and rinse to clear the product off the enamel. The refund policy is a joke. Don’t buy!!!
Terrible product! Does absolutely nothing! Doesn’t touch grease. It’s just colored water. I have asked for a refund but they keep telling me I’m using the product wrong and that’s why it doesn’t work. They do not honor their money back guarantee. This product is a scam.
They have continued to send additional products and bill me monthly when I didn’t sign up for a monthly subscription. The first time it happened they said they canceled my monthly subscription and wouldn’t send anymore products. Then next month the same thing happened. I asked for a refund both months, but their refund policy is very restrictive. They don’t refund the first approximately $8.00 and the don’t pay for shipping. READ the refund policy before purchasing so you know what you’re getting into. If this is a reputable company then i shouldn’t feel like I’ve been ripped off! And if their product is that good, shouldn’t they stand behind it?Thank you for that eloquent response. However, I noticed that it stopped short of doing anything to remedy the problem. I want a refund. I definitely don’t want any more of their products and I don’t feel I should have to send the product back to China.
