Easy to book and use and I have many times before, but this most recent time I had a reservation that I could not access on the official airline website. The time from submitting my problem to customer support to receiving a new and working PNR was 34 minutes! Shout out to Melodie for being such a homie when I was in a tizzy at the airport waiting to check in. Amazing!
I booked an “onward ticket” for $42 to show proof of onward travel. Everything looked fine at first — I received a confirmation and even checked in successfully at the airport. But just before boarding, the airline (Malaysian Airlines) called my name and told me my booking was not confirmed — it was only a reservation, not an actual ticket.Because of that, I wasn’t allowed to board until I purchased a real confirmed ticket on the spot. The $42 I paid for the onward ticket was completely wasted.This service is misleading — they make it look like you’re getting a valid ticket, but it’s just a temporary booking that isn’t accepted by airlines. If you actually need a confirmed ticket to board, don’t use this service. You’ll end up paying twice.
This was my first time using OnwardTicket.Com or buying a throw away airline ticket. It really was so easy. My wife is Filipino so now that I'm retired, I spend 6 months of the year in the Philippines. I arrived at Manila International Airport late last night and it was very busy.
