My experience with the planning and property division was incredibly disappointing. I submitted a complete application for a local authority role through their platform well ahead of the deadline and received confirmation. However, after several polite follow-ups, I learned from the council that my application was never forwarded. Weeks went by with unanswered emails, and I only heard back after escalating the issue to the hiring manager, by which time the position had already been filled. The lack of accountability and basic communication is unacceptable for an agency of this size. Anyone applying should verify that their application has actually been submitted, as their internal processes seem inconsistent and unreliable.
There’s no other way to put it; they appear to have discriminatory practices in place. If your CV has names that aren’t British, or shows experience from other countries, don’t bother applying. You could meet all the job requirements and be qualified, but if you're not British, expect your CV to be disregarded with an instant rejection. After three years of applying, I feel compelled to share this truth.

They rely heavily on automated systems. I applied for a job through their platform during off-hours and received a response in just 15 minutes. Ironically, the message began with 'After careful consideration...'—which felt like a joke for applicants.
I would rate them zero if I could. Initially, the representatives are friendly, but only if they see potential for commission. One suggested I accept a job I didn’t want just to fill my CV. There was no follow-up after interviews and no help in finding the right fit. I strongly recommend steering clear of this agency! Their automated feedback system is also poorly designed and forces you to give at least 2 stars to submit.
