Initially, I encountered a problem while trying to access the voucher since the original link wouldn't open. Fortunately, Johnny answered all my inquiries and provided a new link, which seems to work now. I'm really grateful, as my former colleagues put together this farewell gift, and I'm thrilled to finally be able to use it.

PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS

PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. I have been trying to get in touch for the past few weeks, and after 2 unhelpful responses, you've ignored me. I have sent the potluck to my friend, and when she redeemed it, the money did not go to her. Instead, it says 'failed to withdraw.' The potluck is at 0, and I haven't gotten the money back either. Where has the money gone if not to my friend or back to me and certainly not on the website??!

I had a problem with my Occasion, and I emailed Viing for help. I received an email back from 'J' with a solution to my problem. He was able to resolve it very quickly.

Great Service & Support

I've used Viing on and off for a number of years and I have always found the platform and the support to be excellent.This time, I've had a couple of questions relating to my account and Johnny has been really helpful and responsive. I can't fault the customer support team.I think it's a great platform for collections, particularly when you have colleagues across different countries and currencies.No complaints from me!
