Absolutely terrible customer service. Ignored, totally since 24 June 2025!We bought a BOSCH washing machine from Ubaldi in 17 June 2024, and in June 2025 it stopped working for no reason.We contacted UBALDI and have had absolutely nothing from them. They farmed the enquiry out to a company called Sun Services, who appear to be a scam company- as we have called and called and called and nooone replies! We have spent over 500 euros on launderette -so we could have bought a new washing machine by now.DO NOT USE UBALDI they sold us a faulty BOSCH washing machine and they have absolutely no customer care or customer service, and take no responsibility whatsoever and will ignore you for months. This has for sure been the worse ever experience and has caused so much stress to our family.The reply that you have written below is NOT TRUE!Bonjour,Ce n'est pas vrai, nous n'avons rien reçu de votre part par téléphone ou par SMS. J'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails à customer services et tout ce qu'ils disent, c'est qu'ils examinent la question ! Le dossier n'est pas clos, il s'agit du numéro AD814319.Nous avons une famille et aucune machine à laver ne fonctionne depuis juin 2025, date à laquelle la machine défectueuse que nous avons achetée chez vous a cessé de fonctionner. Nous avons appelé à plusieurs reprises une dame appelée Chantal de Sun Services, mais personne ne semble vouloir nous aider ! J'ai dépensé plus de 500 euros en lessive à la laverie automatique. C'est tellement peu pratique de devoir aller à la laverie et cela coûte 50 euros par semaine pour faire la lessive de toute la famille !Pourquoi répondez-vous via Trust Pilot et non par e-mail comme le font les entreprises normales ?
Bought a lot of appliances and among them à fridge. They had to deliver four of them during a year before they delivered one that was acceptable even though it had a small scrap. I had to go into the shop in Nice 14 times and send numerous emails to get them to act
