I bought a used laser and Xtool support has been incredible to work with. Many companies don’t offer support on 2nd hand items but Xtool did!! I will definitely be buying from them in the future!!
I had the F2ultra UV for just a month when it began to engrave on glass inconsistently, then it stopped altogether. After receiving detailed guidance on installing a focus plugin for the machine, it now operates flawlessly again. It was quite a moment of panic, I must say!

The service has been incredibly responsive every time I've reached out. Their replies are excellent—very polite, comprehensive, and provide all the information I need. I'm extremely satisfied with the tool, and both of my machines are functioning wonderfully. I'm enjoying discovering new features on the platform. I received my new device and faced issues immediately. It took around three hours of communication on various platforms to find out it needed a replacement. Then I had to wait several more days for a notice about the shipping of the new unit. This situation is frustrating, especially during the busiest time of the year. I'm still waiting for it and hoping to recover my lost income. I expected better quality for the price I paid.

I have been using xTool for my business needs for over a year now and they have never let me down. The machines I have, F1 and F1 Ultra, perform flawless for me. Customer service has been amazing. Any time I reach out via Facebook or email I get a quick friendly response and a quick solution.
Horrible! Avoid at all cost! Buy American! I purchased a Xtool F1 Ultra and 1 month out of warranty it broke. Contacting xtool, they want to charge me 1300.00 for repair but offer a $30 dollar in store credit. I believe this company to be a scam and won't give the American consumer a break after spending $5000. On a machine which will break 1 month out of warranty.
