I've ordered from a platform twice, and for some reason, the deliveries arrived on different days. I received the first package on one date, but the second package never arrived. After contacting the support team, I was told they would reschedule the delivery, but it never happened. I strongly advise against using this service!
I bought a double bed less than six months ago, and it has been used only occasionally in my spare room. The middle support and one slat have already broken. The company that supplied it is unhelpful, claiming I've had it too long (which is less than 6 months). Very disappointing service and quality.
I ordered a king-size bed frame but received a single instead. They expected me to return it at my own expense. Despite sending photos and the shipment label, they refused to take responsibility for the mistake. I would not recommend dealing with this company!
