Initially, I was unsure about booking with this group due to their significantly lower prices compared to the direct cruise line. I wondered if there was a hidden issue. However, I had the opportunity to work with a representative who offered exceptional support. They responded promptly to all my inquiries and provided extra details to ensure I felt completely at ease with the arrangements.
I am deeply disappointed and upset by my experience. I visited a location at a shopping center on 25 October 2025 around noon, and I was shocked by how my husband and I were treated. While placing our order, a staff member behaved rudely and made a deeply offensive remark about my husband in our own language, which was humiliating. Although my husband remained calm, we both left feeling very upset. When I brought this to the attention of the team leader, she acknowledged the issue, yet the same staff member laughed during our conversation, making things worse. We departed feeling heartbroken, embarrassed, and disrespected. I emailed the company's head office on the same day and followed up, but I have not received any response. This was one of the most upsetting experiences I've had in a restaurant, and I sincerely hope no other customer goes through this.

However, we almost missed the cruise due to inadequate taxi services during the evening rush in the city. We waited an hour but ultimately needed help from hotel staff to arrange a private car, which got us to the wharf just in time. The cabin was comfortable, and the itinerary was well-organized. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

I want to express my gratitude to my wife and our travel consultant for organizing a fantastic trip. The entire experience was enjoyable, and we appreciated the pre- and post-cruise tours as well. I recommend the city tour and the trip to the nearby Buddhist stone carvings. Dining under the light rail was a delightful experience. Thank you for making our cruise such a memorable journey.
We had a wonderful experience traveling upstream. The cabin was spacious and clean; we were encouraged to upgrade upon arrival, which turned out to be a wise decision, providing us with a better view. The cruise catered mainly to Chinese tourists, but we greatly valued the experience. The food was primarily Chinese, allowing us to try new dishes. An English-speaking guide was always available for tours, which was sufficient. The scenery was beautiful, and the karaoke was a fun highlight with fellow travelers. I would recommend more assistance for getting from taxi to boat, as the walk was challenging. Overall, I highly recommend this travel company; we had an unforgettable time!
We had an excellent Yangtze river cruise. The cabins were comfortable, and the crew was welcoming and pleasant. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade in the dining area, which enhanced our dining experience. The view from the top-floor restaurant was breathtaking, and the food was superb. Although we are not accustomed to first-class experiences, this was exceptional. We truly enjoyed the upstream cruise and especially the lesser three gorges. All information was provided in both Chinese and English, and there was an international guide for non-Chinese guests. Our best regards and sincere recommendations.
