We have relied on this service for several years now. It consistently arrives on time, and the subscription feature is fantastic since it eliminates the hassle of reordering. Adjusting the schedule is also very straightforward if we need it sooner.
Unfortunately, my experience has been quite negative. I placed my order on December 6th (Saturday), expecting to receive it by the 10th or 11th at the latest. Today is the 13th, and the order status on the website still shows 'our warehouse getting ready for dispatch.' I opened a case a few days ago asking for more information about my order and when I might expect it, but the status of the case remains 'not stated.' This is quite frustrating. While I see many positive reviews, my experience feels more like a scam. I'm unsure how to proceed from here.

Attempted to order during a Black Friday deal for two bags of dog food with a 5% discount. It should have been £136 as indicated in my basket, but when trying to pay with Google Pay, it changed to £144! I canceled, and my partner tried with Apple Pay, which charged £136, but then it also changed to £144 again. Where did that extra £8 come from? Shipping was free, so it wasn't a delivery charge. I canceled and ordered from another supplier.
