Review Time
Didn't receive the product. Yodel lost it, when I contacted Z fold cases to inform them. They send contact courier, nothing else.I'm now sat between 2 companies telling me to contact the other one with no product and no progress.Their replies in the emails make very little sense.Please avoid at all costs!!!
Same as everyone else here unfortunately. They have Baltimore Maryland as their "home-base", which i checked because the web page looked funky. Saw Maryland and decided to order with the extra shipping for "fast and guaranteed " shipping. That was 10 days ago, and when the order finally got tracking information, I found it was coming from China. I went to the website to request a cancelation,but have been railroaded each attempt I've used, whether it was the chat option ( always says nobody is online) or calling the baltimore phone number ( get nothing but a busy signal). Awful company, order from a place you know of
The case is poor quality, destroyed my original screen protective film just by trying it on. I wanted to return it. Customer service was quick to reply, they sent me an address in China to send it back to at my own cost. Homepage says they will send a retur label. I have asked for the label multiple times now but no answer. This page is a scam!
Super expensive case for horrible quality. Ive barely had it a little over a month and its already breaking. Don't buy cases from this website. It took forever to arrive in the mail. It comes directly from China. And you have to pay $20 to return it.
The shopping experience was awful. I cannot cancel my order even on their web site they said they do. After they shipped the item i tried to cancel, returning process was taking unbelievably long. It had been over 2 months and tons of emails back and force and the last email I replied was 3 weeks ago, yet nothing happened. They do not honor their own policy and seems to me they belive that you will give up eventually.Think twice before you buy from them actually I believe you can buy elsewhere.
1) It took about 3 weeks to receive our two Z Flip-7 phone cases and a car phone holder.2) Within 2 weeks, the Clear phone case for my wife's new Galaxy Flip7 phone was cracked and slightly broken. In comparison, the case for her last phone lasted the more than 3.5 years that she had it, which never had problems or cracks.3) I have emailed the company 5 times, but they have never once responded. They have terrible Customer Service, with absolutely no responses or evidence of caring or support.4) I have called their listed phone number countless times on different days, but it is fake. It is always busy, and automatically disconnects. When I add the country code (1), it says the number is not in service. 5) I thought the product would be good and high quality. We are disappointed that it cracked almost immediately, but their Customer Service is the worst ever. Don't buy from them. China at its worst.
