Terrible customer service, i paid good $$ for my products, there was a problem getting my products to me, the post office mailed them back to Yepoda, I go nothing, and then when i reached out, they said sorry for your luck.....i was really excited to have the products. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I really love these products to but I HATE the customer service. It’s awful. Just automated emails and after being a long standing customer who’s made may orders and they never shipped my last order it’s frustrating that there is no one to contact about this. I will have to do a charge back now with my credit company and I probably won’t order direct with them now. Bad taste. Bad customer service these days is just a massive red flag. 🚩
