Cleansing Balm doesn't emulsify

I recently bought the cleansing balm. The ingredients look great and I was very excited to try. Unfortunately it doesn't emulsify at all and just absorbs straight into my face leaving my face very oily.

Purchase or Refund never received

This company is awful to try and communicate with. I never received my order and have had no replies to my emails asking for a refund. I have raised the query with my bank and Yepoda are disputing the refund. Shocking customer service! Scam Company!

These products give me personally terrible headaches. I returned them and after 4 weeks still waiting for a refund. Terrible customer service. The company based in Germany. No one cares about refunds. Please refund what is due

Excellent products

I took my time getting into skincare - I am 53 - but what a joy I have found in Yepoda. Great quality products. Smells lush. It does EXACTLY as it says on the tin. Can't fault them. 100% give them a go.
