LOVE the products so far - but disappointing customer service

LOVE the products so far. But I’ve tried to get in touch (via email and Instagram) on two different occasions now, as two of my orders have been incorrect or faulty. Still no response after a week or so of contacting Yepoda, which is super disappointing. I’m now without 2 products that I should have received with no updates on when (or whether) I’ll receive them.

Soft and supple

Amazing products. Lip treat Smells amazing, easy to use and you only need a tiny amount. Lips are beautifully soft in the morning, when used overnight. Great for winter!

Yepoda products are lovely

Yepoda products are lovely. My skin looks great and I get compliments about how good it looks and people are shocked I don't have make up on. Not bad for 50! I have bought several times from yepoda now and will continue to do so. I highly recommend all their products
