I ordered a toy car

I ordered a toy car. Even 3 weeks after, I didn’t receive any update on delivery. Worst part is after I made online payment, my card was used for fraudulent purchase. Lucky, I noticed it and stopped it analog blocked my card. Don’t but anything from this site. Total frauds!

I ordered 2 models from Yicoli my order…

I ordered 2 models from Yicoli my order was accepted and on my logo shows order placed awaiting shipment the monies were taken 4weeks ago still awaiting shipment getting no response from customer service I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to any of my friends or other customers they are still advertising the models I’ve ordered but as yet I’ve not had an update on when my order will be fulfilled not a good company and bad customer service

I've tried everything and can't get anyone to respond to my numerous emails.I've had an order selected for shipping since August 26th and still haven't received any response. I'd like to know if I should consider this order lost, along with the amount I paid.
