Review Time
I ordered an item, they added several more with opt-in pre-selected but the opt-out check box was very small and in a gray hard-to-see font so I missed one and it ended up on my order... and there was no option to edit or cancel my order. I hunted around and found a customer service email address (should be obvious, also no phone #) and told them to cancel. They shipped before responding the cancel email but later emailed me to write REFUSED on the unopened package and return to the post office which I did. Hopefully I will get a refund. Never shopping with them again, they lost my trust.
Also know as Lux Blaze, I ordered torch that was supposed to be An electric plasma torch, what I recieved was a butane torch, I bought one from a company on Pinterest, and they are identical exactly the same down to every detail except that company didn't lie about the product, I've tried to contact them about the problem, but they never gety back to you. i've sent emails and called two different phone numbers. I began to think I just threw $50 bucks out the window, then I searched for reviews and and found out that I wasn't the only one that got stiffed by them . I would like to know if they even really have a torch like the one they show on the commercial, and If so prove itr to me and everyone else that got taken by that ad, by sending me what I paid for, the electric plasma torch. I have screenshots of the whole transaction and also paid thru PayPal so they have record also. So lets see if you really stand by your customers, If you do the right thing and send me what I paid for. I will give you my word, that I will come back here and give you a 5 star rating for being a stand up company and not a scamming one, and that is a promise..
I purchased 2 drones from the service after following a link they provided. Unfortunately, the drones did not resemble the images shown in the link and lacked the advertised features. I'm now uncertain if they will honor their return policy. Caution is advised for potential buyers!
I ordered a completely electric plasma lighter but received a butane lighter instead, and the mystery box was a joke. I wouldn't even give away what I received. It's a keychain item that seems related to drug use. I've contacted them, but it's been two days with no response.
I ordered a drone and never received it. On Christmas, I found the small controller box (unbeknownst to me). When I called, I was told I was past the return date, yet there’s no policy on my invoice. UPDATE: After three calls, they agreed to send a new drone.
I ordered a 4k drone as a gift. TOTAL SCAM. It's low-quality with no brand name. I ordered an extra battery that wasn't included, but a surprise 'mystery gift' was added, and I was charged for it. The app you need costs $30, which seems like a scam too. Thankfully, my bank flagged it as fraud. I called customer service, but there was no answer, just a generic voicemail. I want my money back and no return information. This ruined the joy of gift-giving.
