Once again, my parcel has been at the local depot for four days without any delivery attempt. It's clear that there are ongoing problems, as I've mentioned before, where it seems the distribution manager is either withholding my deliveries or instructing drivers not to deliver to me. I've heard this directly from two drivers in the past. This service is frustratingly poor, with a complete lack of control over their staff and a dismissive attitude.

This is likely the worst delivery service available. Another parcel was left outside by a lazy driver without even a knock or ringing the bell, just abandoned behind a car where anyone could see it. This is a frequent occurrence in my area. Out of ten deliveries, only one driver ever bothered to knock, and he was a genuinely nice person. Unfortunately, the rest seem to lack professionalism.
This is by far the worst courier service I have ever encountered. I wish businesses would stop using them. Two months ago, my parcel was stolen because they left it outside. Today, they did the same thing again. If it weren't for a kind postal worker who helped me, I would have lost another item. They even had the nerve to take a photo and mark it as delivered! When I reached out to customer service, they just regurgitated that they couldn't assist because their system showed it was delivered. Completely useless! I had to go through my bank to get a refund. An absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs!
They claimed to have delivered my parcel to my porch, but it was nowhere to be found when I got home. The photo they provided was not from my safe space; it was left somewhere outside. I've been trying to get a resolution from their customer service for nearly three weeks. The courier was dishonest, and the communication has been very poor. Overall, a dreadful experience, as I've paid for items I never received. The lack of human contact is incredibly frustrating.
It took a month to deliver a parcel, and then the collection code didn’t work, so I couldn’t pick it up. Useless service and poor customer support have resulted in my financial loss, as the system marked it as received when it was not. I will never use this service again.
