So far I'm happy. It has worked relatively well for me as I travel the world. What could be improved? 1) Sometimes the quality of the calls is somewhat poor (audio fades in an our or there is some background noise) and2) More clarity on how much calls cost to each country. Before I signed up I contacted your support for clarification on this issue and was told that all countries would be charged at the same price asthe U.S. However, several calls to the UK were charged at .22 per minute. I find y our site quite confusing on this issue.
I was recommending this app to friends for testing. Unfortunately to see the 3 usd bonus you need to close yolla app and reopen it again. Therefore my friends where adding more credits. Even if you add more credits you need to close and reopen the app to see your current balance. One of my friends added more and more credits.. That's not nice, when millions are using this app it's unfriendly to not refresh the balance. Other than this I cannot call any Italian phone numbers. Guess they are blocked for some reasons. I do not recommend this service even if it's working in some cases.
Ask you to verified your phone number! Had $6.89 and 8 dollars credit for over a year. They Sent to verifie my number.I pickup then hang up and boom Credit down to ZERO...0000. I explain no real answer solution and there no call history to show anything. Now there reply is to re reach through chst there team? Why. Re credit me.Thats all you need to do.
Do not trust this app or customer support.Absolute garbage.I was overseas and it worked fine for a while then app stopped working.I had to re register the app but my cell phone number did not have international roaming.Could not re register because I don't have international roaming.Customer support will not help you.They will keep your credits and just give you false hope.You have been warned.it will stop working and you will loose all your credits.Then they reply to message stating they have technical issues all is good now.What a load of lies,i still cant connect and im in a foreign country and i cant make calls and they wont return my money.
