I was frustrated because sometimes the connection is poor even when the internet is working well. The line remains open, but you can't hear anything. Additionally, it indicates that the call isn't connecting, yet it still charges me, which means my money is being used up even though the call didn't go through, so I'm paying just for the ringing. Lastly, it occasionally switches to a different call, leaving me unsure of who I'm talking to, and the cost doubles.
I received amazing customer service from Yolla. They got back to me very quickly and answered my question. I really appreciated that since that is not often the case with other apps. I have had no problems with any of my international calls. I love Yolla!
